ok sohc ZC almost done! last part.
I would say that if the sohc zc motor is stock........then i would get the 91 CRX Si ecu (PM6 i believe) since the sohc zc motor is VERY similar to the D16A6 crx si motor. that's what my friend did when he did that swap in his 88 civic dx hatch, and it worked great.

Run the 89 Teg. The redline is nicer, and if breathing properly it does help the car.

Honestly, the PM6 ecu will give the SOHC ZC plenty of fuel.
There is no need to use the LS - and about the higher rev limiter? It's only 300 RPM higher. PM6=7500 rpm LS=7800 rpm
Just stick with the PM6 - that way you know you have a good solid ECU, the LS could have some glitches.
