91 accord cold starts and misses but evens out when warm
Started fine but within the last two months upon starting instead of going straight into high idle it misses then evens out just fine. Now its intermittently starting
....at the moment its not even starting at all. It cranks R, R, R, but not turning over. No rad leaks, new main relay, new starter, new battery, tight clean terminals, can hear the buzzing of the fuel pump. Could it be the distributor cap or the disributor it self?

This tends to be the coolant temperature sensor that sits below the distributor. You should test it for ohms across the two terminals after disconnecting the connector to it. It should read 2500 ohms when cold and around 180 to 300 when completely warmed up. If the car won't start, you can try temporarily disconnecting that connector, and try to start it. See if it will start then.
The other sensor next to it has only one prong, and that's the temperature sender. Don't mess with that one.

Thanks Holmes, i will try that first thing in the morning! I should have came here first but instead i threw more parts at it. New wires new distributor cap and rotor button, took out #1 spark wire and stuck a screw driver inside and turned the ignition and got the arc so its getting fire. Frustrated so next i took off the intake duct and sprayed carb cleaner directly inside the intake and it started right up. Next i took off the fuel line and it has good pressure and i can hear the pump coming on strong. I really dont want to have to constantly start it with carb cleaner The coolant sensor will be checked first thing and ill let you know what happens

Readings were 2500 ohms cold and 140 hot, the next time it fails to start i will unplug the sensor and see what happens, before i spray carb cleaner into the intake to get ot to start.
Pull the plugs and see what they look like. Still not sure you don't have a HG that is leaking when cold and allowing coolant into the cyls when it sits for a period of time.
What was the "scale" you had your meter on-I know the answer (if you are close, divide your readings by 100).....also you did not give the temps (besides cold and hot)...if I'm following you....cold was like -10F~-15F (yes below zero- what part of the world are you in?) and hot was ~212F
