Default Exhaust opinions

Thinking about buying a header maybe full exhaust through eBay, thinking either a speed_daddy or zpeedstarz. They are both cheap and I know a lot of you will dis the idea because of it, but has anybody used them? What are your opinions? Any gains besides sound? How's quality?

I've never heard of them, and honestly, I'd stay away from that. Only because I live in a part of the country where things get wet often. They may rust out faster than something else of better quality. Idk what this is for, i.e race, hard parking, daily driving, show, etc, but I'd save up and get something of better known quality. It's your money though.

I would have to agree with rhe above comment. I mean if you live where it doesn't snow it probably would work, but it's always better to use name, or at least well known brands

Not saying to go out and get a cheap ebay header, but, most of them are still made out of stainless...so they arent gonna rust. The ceramic ones from dc sport are the types that will rust, just like oem cast manifolds.

Well in tx it doesn't snow much and it's stainless been searching on google and not bad reviews plus they're around $70 vs $3-400 for name brand. I've actually found worse reviews for dc then the others. Thinking about trying one just hoping somebody had used one so I could get more opinions on them

Just remember, you get what you pay for.

There will be no gains to buying cheap exhaust components. If you are talking under $300 for a complete bolt on exhaust. I can guarantee that you will not be happy with it.
