Ok so no money to buy new headlight spend less then $5 restoring them.. How you ask well simple

Tool: Colgate tooth paste, dry towel, water


Steps: 1. place toothpaste on headlights, 2. scrub with clean towel, 3. rince off and dry 4. repeat as many times to get to the stage of clean you want and 5 your all done !

 

its hard to tell the difference with my pictures because there from a phone but in person you can see the huge difference

 

My civic I did aswell this one you can clearly see the difference

 

OP forgot to mention toothpaste is also capable of changing paint color from black to cw, ymmv on amount of tubes.

Looks pretty good for using tooth paste. I recently did mines over, but sprayed them with clear.

I dont think so but i would said something name brand would work excellent

 

What did you use to clear them?

 

I just wet sanded and buffed mine

 

How long does it last though?
