The time has come for me to part with my trusty '95 Civic. I've had this car since 2005 and it's been very good to me. I bought it from its original owner during the summer and it was in 100% stock form. Since then I've added and replaced some things, but I haven't done anything malicious or permanent to this vehicle. Most of what I have done is easily reversible and are just direct bolt-on parts with minimal or no modification. In addition, I have retained 90% of the original USDM parts for the car and have made no modification to any of the OEM parts. Needless to say all of this, as well as every single extra I have for this Civic, are to be included in the sale. This includes OEM lamps, engine components, hardware, steel wheels w/ hub caps, and whatever else I can find to bundle with the car. I will also be selling the Civic with the tires and 14” HX wheels (made by Enkei) that are shown in the pictures. I believe these are from a '97 HX and are complete with all four Honda center caps; the tires are only a few seasons old. I also have a brand new cat back exhaust system with 16” straight cat/test pipe that I will include too, never installed these. The existing system needs to be replaced. New system is a stainless Yonaka oval with 4” tip, will provide milder sound than existing components.
I've taken very good care of this Civic and tried my best to garage it when the weather was rough. I did drive the car in the winter months and there have been some rust repairs done to the body, but I didn't cut corners. Life is a little hard for these cars up here but I feel this one is in exceptional shape compared to the others driving around the area. The motor runs strong, and feels quite happy, but could use a tune and tweak here and there, as well as some fresh lubricants. It's been sitting awhile so that doesn't help, but I start it up regularly and when I do it always starts; once it's warm she runs like a dream. I am very confident that this motor will see 200,000+ miles and I can honestly say the rest of the car will too. The original clutch is still installed and feels fine, but I had planned on replacing it within a couple of years. I'd love to drive it forever but unfortunately I can't give it the attention it rightfully deserves. I'm not desperate to part with it but I could use the money, so I figured I would try to find someone who is perhaps looking for a 5th generation sedan to work with. It's not really a “fixer-upper” but could definitely use some TLC. I am in the process of replacing the rear brake calipers, which are pretty crusty and corroded. Again, this is mainly because the car hasn't been driven much in the last 4 months, but the discs appear to be lasting and the battery is okay. As stated above the exhaust should be replaced, but you'll get the new one.
ON TO THE PICS...

As you can see she's far from perfect, but this is still a good reliable car with plenty of life left. There are some visible clear coat issues on the outside and a bit of rust underneath but nothing serious. The body is almost completely rust-free and still looks decent considering its age. There's some scratches and dings and stuff but this was my daily-driver, and 11 years old when I bought it, so that's to be expected. I had the roof resprayed awhile back and the rear wheel arches have some fresh paint over the newly-patched metalwork. All of the body panels including the hood and trunk are original to the car and the interior is mainly untouched. I added a CD-player, upgraded the 4 factory speakers, added the OEM-style button for the fog lights, and swapped out the original cluster (due to a faulty fuel guage). The replacement was the same unit from a 1995 EX coupe with reading roughly 11k less miles than the original. I realize that this is a little sketchy but I didn't have many options. Also, it may be important to note that I am NOT a smoker, so the inside is not discolored and doesn't smell like an ashtray. There are however several known electrical issues I'd like to address which are listed at the bottom under the mod list.
So that's about it, I know it's a lot of info but I'm trying to minimize the amount of possible questions. I'm not in any rush to sell at the moment and I'd like to test out the HT crowd. This is the very first for sale ad that I am making for the car; it's not listed anywhere else for the time being. If anyone has questions or is interested please reply to the thread or send me a PM. I will check back daily and try to respond as completely and honestly as possible. I'll be straight with those who may be interested and inquire about the car or any of the extras I am selling. The price is for the car plus everything I have for it including the new exhaust system, wheels, original parts, and whatever else I have lying around. I will consider fair offers but I cannot accept any trades at the moment. Like I said I could use the money but I'm not in a serious rush to sell. The car has no plates so any potential buyers will need to supply a temp. The car will be cleaned and ready to drive away upon pickup. Thanks for looking!

NOTES ON HID SYSTEM: I installed a 6000k HID system back in 2009 to improve night vision, but the car is currently using stock bi-xenon H4H bulbs due to the JDM headlight swap. I did not realize the manufacturer did not carry bi-xenon HID bulbs in H4H so the system is dormant; I cannot say whether or not it still works. The bulbs that the H4 kit shipped with are not compatible with the JDM headlights without modification. I have a working set of H4H HID bulbs (no low beam) that are compatible but I never installed them. I will include all parts to the HID system.
