Please post more pics of this car, if its all you say it is, back it up with some good hi res pics.
Also if you have reciepts and documentation on what was done or what you spent on the car it would help with the sale.
Justify your sale price with documentation.
People cant dispute you then.

so many questions. even though it is not my car, common sense easily answers any of your questions and requests. here are a few for examples.

cash in hand. did he ask for 11k cash before you test drive? is he going let some stranger test drive with 0 dollars and no collateral? he is simply asking you bring money if you wanna test drive.

more pics? if you are ever so serious about buying this, come look at it. it is not out state. you're within 30 miles.

the ad stated he has the receipt for the block and head from Oakland Acura.

disputes about pricing: not worth 11k? dont pay 11k then. its 11k obo.

 

I have no disputes about the price.
If the car is what is shows as.. the price is indeed warranted.
Common sense also tells me that posted pics might be showing the car in its better days.

Seen too many nice pics only to see a trashed car.
Not saying this one is,but id like to see more detailed pics before i go wandering around like I have done in the past.
Documentation to support work done, or parts added gets my attention faster than the average buyer.

I think this car is the exception, and it would probably sell faster if there were more to it than common sense and lack of pics.

Yep.. been looking for a JDM front converted Teggy but there have been more piles of crap out there than you can shake a stick at.
So many cars with pics that look good but when you get there its nothing but disappointment.
The last one I looked at had damage on both sides of the car.
Not just a ding or two but I was like Dooood, why do you have a license...
The pics showed a nice car but it wasnt.
Been kind of typical of car sellers lately. False advertising.
This is the only one that really looks that someone made a good effort in building.
One problem.. i have to sell myself on buying another hatch,I've always wanted a jdm front end teggy.

...back to this Civic, a bar'ed CA civic b18c5, even with a ding or two or more for that matter, its worth it in my eyes.

One track, and one B18B Bar'd one for the street.
