I'm going a different rout with my build. The lips are mirror polished, faces are chrome, but they are a little rough in the pockets and could use being refinished (powdered or whatever). Brand is unknown, i've tried to figure it out, and asked others that are knowledgeable on wheels and they haven't had any luck either.

very slight bend on the inside of 1 barrel, can have repaired for $50.
