Hello guys,
i am trying to buy a used car in 10 to 11 thousand dollars.

i am either looking for accord, mazda 6 or subaru legacy..

i am in chicago, there are two accord that are available in my area one is 2003 ex with 52000miles , the other one is 2007 LX with 60000 , the dealers are asking around 10000 for them..
my concern is internet is full of posts with people complaining their accords started burning oil around 90k to 120000 miles..

does this issue really exists or its rumors., or if this problem was sorted out by 2007 year of production??
otherwise i am inclining towards mazda6

No, It is not. We have machines going nice even beyond 150000 in ODO.

I would check the transmissions and suspensions. If good I will go for 2003 accord without thinking too much

It is a great machine
