Alright heres my problem(s). I have a 95 Del sol si...originally came with the d16 and recently i swapped a jdm b18c into it. So i got a jasma fgk header from a pretty sweet guy on here and ran into some problems. the header lines up and bolts up all good BUT the downpipe doesnt fit into my cat, so i was thinking i could do the test pipe with the defouler, and put the 02 sensor in that, but ALSO it doesnt match up evenly...anyone have any suggestions as to what to do to make it fit properly without doing anything TOO crazy...thanks

 

Just bring it to an exhaust shop...easiest route

 

^^^that guy is on to it. quite often after market headers just dont cut the mustard on a OEM Tail pipe. which is why when iv ever done header is get the tail pipe remade aswell so it all fits nicely "exspensive but sometimes needed"
