Is there a way to adjust the actual window on the drivers side? The top of the window hits the weatherstrip on the door as if the window is not adjusted properly. If I push the window outwards with my hand as is it goes up, it closes and doesn't get stuck. The window will still close but it's stressful to the motor.
I just bought the car and changed the regulator, it seems to get stuck/caught in the same place where the old regulator was fried, leading me to think the window isn't sitting right.

Here's a video to futhur explain what I'm talking about.
The window seems to hit the weatherstip on the way up, and also drops a little on the way down. You need to listen with sound, or else it looks like it's working perfectly, lol.

Video is not working.
Any window "tilt" adjustment can only be made by adjusting the angle of the front lower sash, #4 and #14] and rear center sash, [#5 and #15] by spacing the mounting brackets helt in place with machine screws #32...

Before you do anything, make sure the door run channel, [#10 and #18] has not fallen out, very common on Integras. 94

^^ Agreed. The #10/18 run channel falling out could be your problem. Your window looks like it's going up and down fine otherwise.
If it rattles when it's partially open, your problem may be outlined in this TSB:
