Default LSV my first Bseries build

Hi everyone, I am new to honda tech and to the whole B series motor.

I just recently got a B18B1 block for next to nothing $50.00 only 50,000 miles
and in a couple weeks am getting a GS-R head for $400.00 with the vtec kit.

I did some minor research on parts that I'll need to make this work
itr or ctr water pump, itr or ctr oil pump and where I got kinda confused is the
head gasket some say run the b18b1 gasket and other say run the gs-r head gasket. Something about it will over heat if I use the stock b18b1 head gasket.

And am wanting to hit at least 12+cr with dome piston at stock bore and my camshaft have a 282 regrind from delta cams I know to run the cams I'll need better spring and retainers and will be runing stock rods with arp rod bolts and head studs

Is there anything else I might be missing and the swap is going into a 4dr eg
thanks

Consider balancing the assembly if you want > 8000 RPMs reliably. 12+ CR won't necessarily benefit you if you don't have the cams to support it. But it does allow you the option to go bigger cams later. Tuning is a MUST.

Let's see
Fast
Reliable
And on a budget

But I just order P30 sense there no shaving needs to be done to the rods

this is what I got from the calculator puts me at 12.21:1 CR

Leaves piston to deck 0.013 is this still good enough to put some aggressive cams
