Default 2002 BMW M3 6-speed (for trade)

Ok boys and girls, the car is back up for trade (or sale.) I've lost my job, and I'm in school, so I really need to step down to something more affordable, at least while I'm still in school. Let me be clear, this IS the ONLY reason I need to get rid of her. I absolutely love this car, I'm just not in a position to be able to keep her anymore

The good:
2002 M3 6-speed 145,xxx miles
Steel grey exterior, which I'm told is a rare color on M's.
No rust!
Dove grey interior (power seats, but not heated)
Megan racing titanium tip exhaust
Depo led corner lights
Depo led tail lights
Tein springs (installed)
H&R springs (brand new in box)
New centric pads and rotors on the front (not quite 6 months ago)
Led halo's
Black kidney grills
Black side vents
Black M3 badge on the rear
Carbon/carbon BMW badges all around
3 sets of wheels:
2 OEM 18" sets (one with bfg kdw's for summer, however the rears are worn out, and one set with Bridgestone Blizzaks with about 700 total miles on them for winter (currently on the car))
1 set of RebsSport 19x9.5 +22 front, and 19x10.5 +22 rear with BRAND new Federal 595's. 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear.

The bad:
Mileage
Sounds like it needs sway bar bushings in the front (makes a sort of "clunk" when going over small bumps, however you can't feel it, just hear it)
Needs rear diff bushings (also makes a "clunk" if you don't shift smoothly)
Needs throw out bearing (makes a "whirring" sound between 1st and 2nd gear, but the clutch is perfectly fine)
No check engine light at all, just the brake pad wear sensor light is on (I never changed the sensor when I did the brakes.)
It doesn't like to start the first crank, seems to be a fuel pressure issue. I've replaced the fuel pump with a walbro 255, new MAN fuel filter, and new oem BMW fuel pump relay. The only thing I think it could be at this point may be the saddle bag tank pump, the fuel pressure regulator, or a leaky fuel injector. She starts on the 2nd crank EVERY time without fail. Sometimes on the first. I do drive her every single day, rain snow or shine, and she's never let me down. Ever.
I don't believe the BMW factory recalls have been done, but I'm not sure, I've got the vin available for interested parties.
Interior is a bit rough, nothing that an afternoon with some interior adhesive glue and some time couldn't fix. However the drivers seat is pretty worn. Even so, these are the most comfortable OEM seats I've ever had in any car.

Basically, you'd be getting an E46 M3 at an affordable price, and it definitely still runs its *** off. I had it out at Gingerman (for those of you who are familiar) and it felt WONDERFUL on the track. It was a rainy day, and I still hunted my buddies down in their STi's and easily blew them off the track.

Down to business.
Trade:
I'd ultimately like to trade for an EG hatch or EK hatch with a dohc vtec swap. B, H, K doesn't really matter too much to me. Definitely only interested in a tastefully done NA car, no turbos or superchargers. Secondly, I'd consider a DC integra, also would need a dohc vtec engine. Preferably with some tasteful mods, car would need to be in good shape, and I'd like some cash on top of a trade. If there's any serious parties, we can discuss further details via PM, or text.

Sell:
I'm looking for $9500 for EVERYTHING. All the wheels and tires, everything.
I'd do $9000 for everything, minus the snow wheels/tires.
And finally, I'd do $8000 for just the car and the OEM 18's.
These prices are pretty firm, after all, its still an E46 M3

And onto the pics and videos

Nice car but some of those cons are expensive to fix. Has the vanos bolts been changed and the timing chains?

I'm not sure on the Vanos. The previous owner did say something about it, but that was almost a year ago, I don't fully recall. It runs very well, much faster than I expected it to be.

Its not so much the parts that are expensive, but the labor. If you can work on the car yourself its not too bad, just more than a poor student such as myself can afford at the moment.

I'd definitely trade for an s2k, but I can't throw in any cash, sorry. Haha thats basically the only reason I'm getting rid of her, I need to free up more of my cash.

BMWs are very expensive to maintain specially to repair. I owned a 2002 540i a year ago and just replacing ,timing chain, chain guides, valve cover gaskets, valley pan gasket, spark plugs/ wires, brakes, rotors, brake sensors, ccv, belts, water pump and thermo... at 150299 miles it ran me roughly $4500 and i did the easy stuff myself but even then it still ran me that much. A "M" series are more expensive! But bmw is a hell of a machine! fun to drive.

Appreciate the bump! You'll see that the price reflects the condition of the car.
