Brake lamp warning light
I have a 94 Accord LX 5Spd. My brake lamp warning light came on about a week ago. This is the one that tells you when a bulb is blown. I have checked all my bulbs and they all work properly. The dual filament brake lights works. Park light=single filament, brake lift =bright filament and the high mount brake light works.
I have checked everything, both bulbs work. There are no coronations on the sockets. Does anyone else have any ideas of what to check next?

Make sure your brake fluid level is good.. I had a bad brake light that would flicker on and off but worked everytime i tried checking them so i swapped a new bulb in and never seen the light come on again.. Hopefully this helps..
I have had this problem for 1 year now, with all my bulbs working. Is there any advanced methods to check why the indicator light is on to say that my bulb is blown?
The system checks to see if the same amount of watts is coming from either side so if you use different bulbs it could have this problem. Some bulbs will fit but have different watt ratings. Also the sensor that checks this could be bad too.
Any idea where the sensor is located?
