I have an 06 EX 4DR. I installed a set of new eibach pro kit springs, new struts, new strut bearings, and new top plates. I am now getting a popping noise when I turn to the left at low speeds and at a stop. I took it to the dealer that warrantied the bearings and they say it is coming from the spring moving in the sturt pockets.

Have any of you come across this issue with eibach? And if so how did you fix it? I really don't want to install the factory springs again.

 

make sure the pillar mounts are tight, also how low is the car

 

if its only when turning t u probably didnt seat the bushings right in the struts bearing

 

The car is only about 1.5" lower all the way around. I found out that when Honda replaced the strut bearings they installed the right front spring wrong. They didn't make sure to set the lower coil in its pocket correctly so it would slip when turning. The noise went away after I removed the assembly and correctd the installation error. Thank you to all of you.
