Ebrake light stays on, now my ebrake are locked!

Ive been driving my 02 ep3 with my ebrake light on for months no problems.. now my ebrakes are locked and I can't move the car! Any help would be much appreciated.. Thanks in advance.

Did you take your rear wheels off and inspect your brakes?

No.. But the clamps look closed..
