I have access to many accords at my job. My motor is needing replacement. I want to know what is the best setup with heads, cams, block, non Vtec? Also what is the best head gasket?

My plan so far is F22A6 Camshaft, F22A head, 3 angle valve job, snd mill a little bit off the head.

I am shooting for affordable and using the stuff available to me at work. Vtec is not an option because we don't have many. I think GhostAccord will help me here.

 

Any 90-93 PT3 head, (F22A1, 4 or 6)
F22A6 cam
As far as the block is concerned, any F22A/F22B will work, the lower the mileage the better.
F22A6 lower intake manifold (runners)
H23A1 upper plenum and throttle body.
Keep the Intake Air Bypass system (IAB's)
A6 ECU or chipped and tuned EMS, if you go with a tuned setup you could also go with a set of 92-94 H22 low imp. 345cc injectors.

Also I forgot what head gasket is the best?

 

I would run an OEM multiple layer steel (MLS) head gasket for the block you end up running.
