Don't have right head for vtec throws codes

car is a 96 with a p28 obd2a computer

Can I bypass this under the hood by splicing the wires together ground to ground and so forth or is there another way to do this?

 

No just get the right computer

 

U need.the right computer if not Ur going to keep having that problem
