Default Integra TCM/TCU. Which models have them?

It's been a source of confusion from my searching as to which Integra's have TCMs. I've been told that OBD1 ecu have internal shifting for automatics and I've been told they don't.

Yes I do want to know this because I plan a swap into my ek Civic very soon and I need to know if I need to buy a TCM or not or if I can with a certain ECU so I don't have to.

Also it has been mentioned to me that it was thought that the P75 A51 obd1 ecu from an auto 94/95 Integra had all the shifting built into it. I don't think this is true from my research and talks with rywire I believe I need the TCM from an Integra to make the car shift properly.

Thanks,
Jason

G2s and G3s to 98 all have TCMs, [only ones I have info on] I would guess all automatic Integra from 90-up will have a TCM. 94
