98 honda accord 5 speed/idle low on cold start/idles high when warm

my 98 honda accord just had a new transmission put in, but now the cold start idles low and the warm idle is at 1100 RPM. Need help

Does the idle fluctuate at all? Or is it a consistent low idle when cold, high idle when warm?

What motor? 4 cyl or v6?

Try bleeding the coolant.
