Default installing clutch cable?

how do you do it? what is it connected by to the tranny? bolts? how far do i tighten that screw thingy on top of the bracket? how do i get it off of the pedal? is it hard to get it through the firewall?

also, i have a squeaky noise coming from the pedal everytime i depress it (the clutch pedal...) where would that be coming from? i tried greasing up the springs and stuff but that didnt do it...

thanks

its really easy to put one on or off. if your working alone then i would just take that bracket off, its held by two 10mm, then you can easily slide the cable out of the bracket, slide the new one in and put the bracket back on. If you have a friend then they can just press on the clutch while you slide the cable off the bracket.
at the pedal side its only connected by a clip, easy. hope this helps.

Didnt want to start a new topic. So.... Im doin a auto to manual and where does it go through the firewall? Is there a pre-drilled hole or what?
