Good:
115k
Decent body some small nicks expected from an early 2000s car (minus from bumper)
Replaced head gaskets during the 100k service
Has the big 100k mile service done with new water pump and timing belt
New vehicle speed sensor
New neutral switch

Transmission is in good shape, no grinds
Interior is very clean, I steam cleaned all seats and floor carpets, no rips or blemishes in the seats or upholstery
Newer single radio with USB connection for phones or iPods
Includes STi Fog light covers
Some receipts from the work I got from the previous owner
New blue acorn lug nuts (don't fit on xxrs)
New full suspension front and rear 20k on them just replaced, and have newer rear replacements with 30k
New shifter replacing the previous cut one

Seats and interior carpet are in great condition

External temp and boost pillar gauges has an open hole in it, was planning on using it as an oil pressure gauge but never got around to it --- Now replaced with single pod boost gauge from turbo smart, so the pillar would need the original




The bad:
I'm trying to be completely honest, these are all of the known issues with the car. Everything else is to full functional order.

-Needs a new speedometer, I think it fried when the VSS went out. Everything works on the gauge cluster but the speedometer itself. ($150)
-The car was previously running a FMIC, so in order to fit it under the front bumper the previous owner hacked it up still looks okay, but you'd probably want to replace it and get all of the fog light assembly to have it looking a lot better. (for all the plastics and fender liners and bumper $200) Due to that it suffers minor bumper sag and is a slight different color shade of WRB


The problems are simple fixes that aren't too expensive. My price is very ball park, throw me some offers.
