but i need actual oem part#'s
as i will be ordering them through my
honda dealership here in toronto canada,

Dude you can't order OEM Type-S stuff through Honda Canada! IT's JDM stuff you have to buy it from importers. Try:

ummm, not really.
i've ordered a jdm ctr cam and even the heat shield for the jdm itr exhaust manifold, cuz i was given the part number a head of time, i'm just looking for type S stuff now, i'm having a hard time finding the part numbers,..... but thanks for the links.
