I think my engine is a f22b1. ik its a vtec. I found a camshaft on bisimoto, http://bisimoto.com/store/index.php?...roducts_id=287. I was looking into getting it, it says that its best with there valve springs and cam gears. How many cam gears? I am guessing one. I found http://bisimoto.com/store/index.php?...roducts_id=157 for the gear and http://bisimoto.com/store/index.php?...roducts_id=283 for the springs. i already have a vold air intake installed and am waiting on headers. I am looking at a skunk2 throttle body. If I were to get all of these installed, the springs, cam, gears, throttle body, and headers along with my cold air. would I expect a gain in power? If so, how much roughly? any ideas on what to upgrade after?

Yes, your F22B engine only uses one cam gear and with the components you have listed, along with a good tune, you will experience a very nice bump in power and is a great start for your project. However, horse power numbers can vary depending on the health of your engine, proper installation of your performance parts and how well you car is tuned. in north dakota? lol Minneapolis is probably the closest place, not sure though
