Icon2 HELP leaking tranny fluid!

so first off I have a 97 integra ls.
I just replaced both cv shafts and noticed a large leak.
I discovered it was coming from the pass side cv shaft. so i replaces the seal and it is still leaking. i believe the shaft is properly in place (compressed the joints and tapped the end of the shaft until it stopped)

please help any ideas??

There might be a problem with the transmission internally. If the differential or its bearings have too much movement, this could allow the inboard cv joint to damage the seal. Damage to the transmission can be from the car being too low, too many burnouts, or lack of maintenance. An incorrect seal, or improperly installed seal could also be the cause.Make sure the new was installed the right depth, and the seal was not damaged during installation.

Clean the area and verify that it is leaking from the axle seal. What seal(Type/Brand) did you use? Also check to make sure the differential bearings are ok as mentioned by MikeM.
