Default EK Hatch Drag DR20

Ive been wanting to get the 15" DR20's for some time now but i dont know anything about offset. My car is dropped about 2" thats all it has is springs and shocks(aftermaket). I dont want to roll the fenders nor mess with the camber but i want a good amount of lip on the wheels. What would be the offset and tire size that would look good and not have any problems( Tire premature, rubbing, rolling fenders). the streets in my Neighborhood are not the best so i dont want to strect the tires allot ill like to keep it minimal.

Thank you
