Hey guys...

I just got a 1999 Integra with 112k miles on it. The car has NO rust, flawless interior, and it's stock.

It has a B18b1 engine that drives fine. Only downside is that it's automatic

When I got the car it had been sitting there for about 7 months and a family of 3 squirrels had occupied a corner of the engine bay. It was the passenger side and everything was chewed up. All the wires and everything. So I know it was a risk but I got the car anyway. I towed it to my friends shop who is a mechanic... He spent almost 6 hours rewiring everything back together and after 3 cranks the car started.

Now the car runs and drives fine.

I was wondering what your opinions are on these Integras and what I have bought from what you read. *NOTE* The car, with the tow and the rewiring I have only spent 1000$ thus far... I personally think I got a really good deal.
But like I said, what do you guys think of this engine, the fact that it's automatic and what are some things I could do to the car. Also how much would a tranny swap approximately be with labor and all?
