Default LS/VTEC pass smog in California

Would this Integra be able to pass smog without doing anything to the ECU or having to remove the VTEC block? I just want to know if it'll pass smog without having to do any modifications to it. Thank you for the help. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/3353007921.html
