offset: Front 20, Rear 10
rear lips are 4 1/2 inches
front lips are 4 inches
one front rim has very minor rash. very hard to see.
tires are 205/40/16

I bought a brand new set of NRG extended lug nuts for my civic .(400 Series). These where on my car for 3 weeks. DONT ASK IF I WILL GO LOWER CUZ I WILL IGNORE! ! $50 takes them. 12 Lugs and 4 Locks and a key

I have a set of Type R rear seats. Minor fade up top. Thats normal with these seats. No burns. $250

Selling my extra valve cover. It is bare with no paint. I was going to have it polished to maych my rims but decided not to. I just had it steamed cleaned with a high pressure washer as well. Ready for polish or Powder coat. $30. $30. $30

No sir, the 96-98 and the 99-00 bumpers are different.
Coupe and sedan bumpers are the same, meaning you can take any bumper from any year sedan or coupe and interchange them. However the 99-00 bumper is different in appearence.
Here are photos of the two. Notice the 99-00 bumper has a much bigger "lip" onto the bottom of the bumper as the 96-98 has a smaller one. That makes a HUGE difference on how the lip would fit obviously.
