Default Is this ECU performance chip too good to be true?

i was just randomly looking on ebay to see if there was any deals and i came across this. i have an eg with a JDM H22a with a jdm p13 ecu and im wondering if this would really do what it says. please let me know. sorry if this is a dumb question.

and if its legit.. how would i go about installing it?

lol...that would be a cheapo 28 pin eprom chip just like the rest of them...
They are actually worse than the chips you can get from phearable or xenocron.
It is just like these ones...

Are you serious? You have a H22 swapped Civic hatchback and you're all excited about a chip with "MUGEN" sticker on it. SMH....

You just got to love those numbers... 10-20 HP from a 14.00 chip?
I have decals that average 5-6 each.. slap a bunch of those puppies on there and you way over 220 hp easy. Its all in the vinyl man!

every stripe adds 5 hp... that's why i'm zebra printed

LOL right and the dynamic motoring sticker on mine gives it 20hp....i like the stripes on that btw

I heard the shocker decal adds about 10 to 15 horses. Also a Domo stuffed animal is said to increase horse power as well as a tow hook.

You'll have to learn to ignore "bashing" comment's they come plentiful. Oh and by the way "There's no such thing as a stupid question". Good quote because should always ask questions its fastest way to learn . Just save up and as stated go to a reputable company.
