Is there any difference between the RHD EX Engine harness over the USDM one? I can pictures it's the same since it'll be coming out from the passenger engine bay since I putting it in an EK with GSR swap.. Please let me know.. thanks

Never mind, I believe I see the difference now. It actually come out from the driver side with the alternator plug first rather than the other side engine bay plugs

Yeah it's all backwards. Well, not all of it but enough that it will make your life miserable if you try to adapt it to LHD.
