I own a car shop in Laval,Québec and i'm going to put my s2000 on the scene!!
My first build was a 89 civic with 460 whp 20 psi on pump gas, lsvtec with a gt35r!

So this is the project car!

I started to put some minor mods like, sparco steering wheels with quick release lifeline, AEM gauges, comptech catback with a megan test pipe, password JDM things, comptech coilover, custom air intake with k&n filter and for a little fun i've put a NOS wet kit

but now, i am missing so bad the power off my old civic that i will turbocharged the S.
Here is the list :
Walbro 255 fuel pump
ID 1000 injectors
Precision Intercooler 600hp
Precision 5858 turbo
Tial 50mm bov
Precision 39mm wastegate
Pfab top mount manifold
Vibrant intake piping and coupler
AEM EMS v2
Vibrant oil feed and return kit
Custom 3 inch stainless single exhaust with vibrant muffler
DEI titanium shield
And a lot of relocalisation trick! (battery, esp, fusebox..)
And some removing stuff ( A/C, air pump )

The car will be ready for march 2013 so come and watch the updates during winter!!

 

Why did you go with the 5858 turbo?

Because i want to try it?! And my turbo guy suggested that turbo for my application! Is there something wrong with it?!

 

To begin, i put the battery in front of the engine. Flip the fusebox sideway. Put the down. Turn the heater hose on the firewall! Now it looks like this

 

Good news, my pfab manifold just arrive last thursday so now the only thing i'm missing before the dyno is the EMS!
The last week at the shop was a bit busy but i take the time to continue in my dead time!!
Install the manifold, put the turbo on it so i can do, oil feed and return line, downpipe, wastegate dump tube, put a 90 on the cold side of the turbo to connect to my piping! And yesterday i finish the exhaust line! I like it ;-) install all the piping for the intercooler, cut and put the intercooler at is place, install the bov, and for now it is looking like this!

 

Nice! Can't wait for the Dyno results!

I would move that fuse box too.. That turbo's gonna melt it quick lol

move that fusebox, you ony have to extend 2 wires! it will melt eventually

 

also why the extreme low boost, ive run 22 psi on a 6765 for 2 years now. 587whp

Yes! I can't wait to run it for real next year!

 

the stock engine can handle 700whp without a hiccup...been done countless times
