clutch won't bleed
The line blew and I replaced it. Now I can't get it to bleed, even with a hand pump hooked up. The bleeder screw is clear. I can't imagine there is a clog anywhere, I'm sure a few pieces of rust (small pieces) fell into the distribution block, but I blew some air into it and it's clear. I still don't know what purpose it serves, the air flowed the same both ways. The lines aren't kinked.
Any ideas? Clutch operation was fine before the line blew.

It probably is building pressure but you won't feel it.
It's different than the brakes. You open the bleeder, then push the clutch, then close it. Then pull the pedal. Then open, push the clutch, close. Keep repeating.

The line that goes to the master blew, just before the distribution block mounted low on the strut tower. I also replaced the line that goes from the distribution block to the soft line. I have been using the bleeder in the slave cylinder, tried it completely off and just loose.
Took off the slave and pulled the rod. Fluid was pulled through the lines. The fluid in the reservoir went down and stayed down. Re installed the slave and went back to standard method and it didn't suck the fluid through. Cold now, will try again tomorrow.
