Default 96 Civic CX has a low idle problem

hi im new but had this account a bit but i bought my car like a half a year ago and i bought it from a guy that traded his teggy for it in the dark and had it for a week and sold it to me for cheap n not to be offensive or anything but the white guy who owned it b4 him half assed everything he glued the steering wheel on in n i almost died but on with the story its a 96 civic cx with a d16y7 with a y8 im, headers, full exhaust with stock catalac converter. the only thing i replaced was the alternator n a coolent pipe but the problem im facing is when i start the car i have to press the brake petal for couple mins or itll die and it will seem like its dying n shake like crazy n will take 15mins to warm up n has to warm up to drive or it will die while driving without you knowing until you press the gas n itll be hard to press n everytime at a red light or stop i clutch n the rpm will drop really low making it feel like dying n the lights will dim until the alternator will seem to catch it but when it warms up it seems to idle nicely n it drives nicely n strong but stinks like its running rich n will eat gas n coolent like crazy. any advice will be appreciated n i dont have money right now cuz of rent but when i do that will be first on the list thanx

CEL codes?

Have cleaned the IACV and tried to adjust the idle speed?

On that note, also try to organize your post a little better, OP. What I see is a wall of text.

Two periods in that entire post.

Do you have any CELs? Does the CEL work? You only have this problem during cold starts?

He probably didn't realize it was glued on until after the purchase -- caveat emptor.

you said its eating gas and coolant ? and runs like A$$ on initial startup ?
have you checked the oil to see if the coolant is mixing ? potential head gasket leak ?
maybe the coolant is leaking into the pistons causing the engine to compensate and burn more gas ?
i'd search more into why your car is eating up coolant ... and that may solve all your issues

I remember my first run-on sentence. LoL
OP, you said your throttle pedal is really hard and tends to stick. Have you tried cleaning your throttle body?
I would start there along with cleaning your IACV.
