The top one is awesome....id go with that one. Its not too simple and not too complex. I like the one below it cause its a cool drawing, just a little too complicated for a logo. The top one is killer though.

I personally like the second one. It looks very unique and also implies the fact that you deal with turbo systems. IMO

The top one definetly looks great. You can always take off that small arrow on top of the small letters and it will look much better
