heater, cig lighter and radio not working

Hey guys, I have a 91 integra, and the heater, radio and cig lighter work randomly now, all fuses are good, anyone else have a similar issue?

they probably share a common ground. pretty sure the radio and cig lighter do anyways. find the ground for them and voltage drop test it. or clean it and the mating surface with sandpaper and reattach
