when I enter the code it does not take and I end up having the error message count to ten tries, then I have to wait an hour and then I get ten more tries. I've had this problem years ago before where the code didn't take right away but this is ridicules. Is there something I'm missing ?

are you sure the radio code is the right one? and if ur 100% sure it is there is no reason why is shouldnt work. only other thing you can do is remove the radio out of the dash and the code should be on there or you can contact honda-acura company to get u the right code.
