hey i have a 200 honda civic si b16vtec on 50 trim garret turbo runnin on 7lbs and last week i was drivin and all of a sudden it cut off and it cranked right back on but as soon as i press gas it cuts right back off?? can anyone tell me if dey have had this problem before i tried changin fuel filter and nothin i need some help asap

 

Have you checked to see if it's getting fuel? Spark?

 

Check the mechanical timing.

 

Check the dizzy happened to me on wendsday I got stranded the car would start but as soon as I have it gas it would die out. I ended up changing the fuel filter and pump thinking it was it.

 

check tps sensor had the same problem

Listen for whether the fuel pump primes for 2 seconds when the key is turned from off to ON(II).

Turn crank pulley counterclockwise until cam pulleys are at TDC1. Then check whether crank pulley is also at TDC1.

 

i tried turnin it on yest and nothin now it wont crank period
