Default No more Idle with 70mm SK TB

Since I've changed my TB by a 70mm skunk2, I have no idle.
I must do it with my Accelerator cable?

Do you have an idea please?
I use S300

I've tried to change the IACV or disconnect it and no difference

Thank you.

Retune it. Anytime you modify anything that deals with air/fuel you will need to retune.

I didn't ask about your AFRs.
Do you know how to work your S300?
Did you change out the throttlebody BEFORE or AFTER you had it tuned?
Is it, in fact, actually tuned?

And maybe you might want to fix all your known deficiencies first? Like that IACV thing?

Yes on S300 I configured the new TB as Fully close and fully Open.
Do I need to do something more?
