Icon2 Need Offset and rim size help

So I'm gonna buy some diamond steelies soon for my 95 integra. My car is cambered in the back. And dropped pretty low. I wanna get 16x9 rims. But idk if I need offset? Or spacers? What's a good offset if I need it? Just need some help. I'm trynna get that hellaflush look. Thanks for the help, in advance

First of all, offset is not something you have or dont have, every wheel has them.
Secondly take a look at this guys car, its 16x9 and he posts his details.
I can tell you you are gonna need to roll your fenders for sure if not done so yet

Yea I know I have to roll them.
I just need help with the offset. To clear and so it won't rub so much. And also tire size.
If I get 16x9 with ? offset would the rim fit the same if its a different style with same specs?
