i build you a brand new harness and label all the sensors for you. here is a harness i made for a local customer of mine. its a 88-91 DPFI to OBD1 D16Z6 stock style plug n play harness. i do tucked harnesses as well. all sensors are labeled as well.

I have a 1998 Integra GS sedan, ITR front, JDM B20 motor, converted from AT to MT. All CELs have been fixed except code 9 and a VSS code. The harness still looks like **** though.
PM if you have anything at a reasonable cost. Trying to still title this car in PA. :/

Does the harness have fray wires near VSS? I have seen a lot of time if you have coolant or something in the VSS sensor, it can cause that code...
