A long while ago I talked to one guy in the Portland OR area who had a great reputation for re-barreling steel wheels. About to get my hands on a set of RT Wagon wheels and I'd love to get a bit of offset out of them.

He charged $50 a wheel, seems fair to me. Anyone know of anyone in the Portland area or genreal NW area who does this? Thanks!
