I have a T25/T28 turbo brand new never used look to sell need money for a ticket 280obo

these are the casting numbers not really sure what each mean
Fits SR20 motors or can be used for civic integra ect...
also i have a video of this thing spooling with my vacuum just to show how low resistance its is!!
