LED LIGHTS....BLINKER QUESTIONS
Hey All-
So ive got my new rear lights (euro type R ) for my 99 accord. Stoked. Ive ordered all my LEDS for the rear end, and its coming together all nice and clean.

I have been told i need to get a special kind of light for ones i plan to use for my blinker. The reason why, is they say it will speed up the light flicking speed of the bulb. While messing around putting the new ones in, this certain LED light i had did not go faster. though i did not keep it because i did not order those ones for that use. IS anyone sure of this? have they dealt with this before? do they know what kind of name or type of light i might need if it is planned on being used for a turn signal..
also, with fog lights. I am planning on some hellas or piaa. i have read that with fog lights its very much worth investing the money for the good stuff. actually that is true about most aspects of cars. anyway, ive looked up the lighting diagrams and what not and it looks pretty simple. But does anyone know if im gonna have to run a wire to a switch to have them on, or is there a way to have them come on just when my night lamps are on?
thank you!!!

If you are getting LED turn signals, you will either need to wire in a resistor or replace the turn signal relay (underneath the steering column) in order to prevent the hyper-blinking phenomenon.
If you wire it straight into your headlights, then your fog lights will turn on. If you want them to be on individually from the headlights, then you need to wire up a switch.
