Engine not turning over w/ lights blinking
'02 civic EX (218,563 miles) not turining over this morning. Past couple weeks trouble with radio not working unless blower for heat/air was off (was damp/raining those days we think). Now this morning, engine will not turn over at all. Lights on dash and interior lights flash and blink when key turned half way. Any ideas what this could be? Electrical? Battery? Etc.?

left lights on over night on my optima yellow top, jump it and everything is fine turn it off, and n
