I just got these back today, and I have to say, I'm a bit unimpressed. I've seen many pictures and videos of other camshafts, and they looked amazing. So what is this?!

Sorry for the image size, but I'm super confused. I was told all the lobes would be re-done, but it only appears as if the primary vtec lobe was touched. Where's the surface treatment, where's the polishing?

Thoughts? I already sent them an e-mail, so I'm just waiting to hear back.

Well Jon e-mailed me back and explained some things in greater detail. Plus after checking them out some, the scrapes aren't because no work was done, it's from the graphite coating on the cams rubbing off in the box. I also looked at an image of a stock B16A2 cam, and these have been re-done.

So now all I need to do is install them, put my new chip in my ECU, set valve lash, and see what happens.
