I had a sticky gas pedal when I started my 2000 Accord last year. Had the throttle body gasket replaced. Now I'm having the same problem. Do you think the entire throttle body will need to be replaced, or will a good cleaning of the throttle body fix the problem?

 

Wouldn't hurt to clean it. You could disconnect both the throttle cable and cruise control cables and make sure both operate smoothly.
