how much fluid do i pore into the EMPTY TORQUE CONVERTER BEFORE installing a trans

I've been searching for a few days
n just gave up n know ill get a quick respond on here

I swapped out a 99 v6 transmission
ni put 2 qrts in the torque converter
added 6qrts into the tranns
n when i give the car gas .. it takes a while for it to actually take off
i have to give it a lot of gas
i called up someone from honda n he said to add 4 more qrts
it moved slightly better after

i check the dip stick [ _-_-_____________}___-]
thats my ghetto drawing of the dip stick
the [ is the begining and the ] is the end of the dipstick
the } is where the fluid is
the - is the dots on the dip stick
thrs 2 dots at the bottom of the dipstick and one dot at the end

that seems to be way to much to me
i googled it n saw someone saying he put 8qrts staight into the T.Q.
but didnt say how much he put in the trans

how do i get the T.C. to fill quickly
i let the car run while in park
also left the car in drive in the air
both for an hour
n it still has not dropped down on the dipstick

fluid capacity is 7.6 quarts. You're overfilled.

 

N I FORGOT TO SAY I DRAINED OUT THE TRANS AND T.C. BEFORE I INSTALLED IT


I DONT MIND DUMPING OUT THE FLUID IF SO
