leaking tranny from shifter
Have a b16 tranny leaking from the shifter shaft that comes out and connects the shifter linkage.
Is there just the rubber groment on the end or somethin also?
Also the linkage bar that is held in place with the 12mm bolt on the tranny end. Ive been looking for a replacement bushing? Any good places to find

There is a seal there at the shift rod coming from the transmission, as well as the rubber "dust seal" that goes over it and the linkage assembly. Good luck replacing that seal without pulling the transmission apart.
The replacement bushing can be purchased from Honda or Energy Suspension, which makes nice aftermarket ones.

They are just very tight in there. If the lip of it sticks out far enough, you may be able to pry evenly on each side and "shimmy" it out. The problem with getting that thing out nicely is that the shift rod is there in the way, so you'll have little room to move it.
p.s. Make sure the trans is drained. And even then, expect a partial bath. :p
