Default Valve job or adjustment

I took my car to get tuned and turns out cylinder 3 was low so I did a leak down test and found that the problem is in the exhaust side of the head.

Will a valve adjustment take care of my problem or do I need to have a full valve job?
If I need a valve job do I need a 3 or 5 angle?
BTW my car is boosted.

Thanks

valve job. when you do a leakdown test the valves are supposed to be fully closed.
machine shop should tell you what you need depending on damage.

Check the clearance of that cylinder...then check the clearance on the other cylinders.

Depending on how the clearance looks, make an adjustment or remove the cylinder head to confirm leaking valves. Replace valves and recut the seats as needed.
