Default loss of power from 2900 rpm to 4000rpm

i have a 98 civic ex with a b18b1 swap obd2 to obd1 with a chipped p72 anyways i have switched tb from d16z6 and it didnt help pulls harder but doesnt help just idles almost to nothing so i switched back to the bigger tb at first i thought maybe the tps or map sensor was going out but the other tb with 2 different sensers and came off a good running car changed wires switched out guts in the dizzy from one to the other still the same unplugged o2 sensor still the same the check code im getting is either 1 10 or 11 srs light is on 2 with the o2 plugged back in its still says bad o2 in the codes idles rough at 500 rpm when warm misses when cold at a idle changed spark plugs ngk new wires new cap rotor still misses at an idle ive ajusted the timeing still acts like someone puts on the breaks between 3 and 4k rpm should i start by changing the o2 and going from there? and maybe retuned? stumpped *throws arms up*

another note im not really sure what my car is tuned with as i bought it this way i dont have a chip reader or any tuneing stuff
